The St. Andrews Chamber of Commerce was incorporated in 1968 with the objective of promoting and improving trade and commerce and the economic, civic and social welfare of the district. It is governed by a Board of Directors whose members are elected at the annual general meeting to serve a term of three years.

Paul Logan, President

Born and raised in St. Andrews by-the-Sea, Paul is a local Realtor® who brings both community price and industry knowledge to the table. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance from Saint Mary's University in Halifax and went to work in Agriculture with Cargill Inc., the Alberta Government in Commercial Real Estate and the Edmonton Automotive Industry. After seven years, Paul has returned to his beloved hometown to begin his career in real estate and most importantly be involved in his community. Paul is also a part of the Kiwanis Club, sits on the Board of the Algonquin Golf Course, and coaches youth curling. Paul loves playing golf, curling, enjoying his cottage at Chamcook Lake and is a lobster roll connoisseur!

Les Knight, Vice President

Before moving permanently to St. Andrews in 2022, Les Knight was a lifelong Calgarian. In 2015, the pull of the maritimes and this great town convinced him and his husband Ken to buy property and build a home where they also operate The New Brunswick Bed and Breakfast. Les’ professional background includes several customer-facing roles at Scotiabank and 17 years at WestJet Airlines, firstly as a flight attendant and more recently in fleet transition and acquisition roles. He loves to bake, cook and travel, with a 10th cruise on the docket for 2024.

Kelly Lord

Vicki Hogarth

Vicki Hogarth is the News Director and presenter at CHCO-TV in St. Andrews. A national award-winning journalist, Vicki has contributed to publications for the Globe and Mail, Reader's Digest, enRoute Magazine, TheGuardian and Flare Magazine. Vicki is also a board member of Katy's Cove Incorporated, a local non-profit group restoring St. Andrews' historic gated cove and saltwater swimming area.

Erin Spencer

Erin Spencer is the Local Community Engagement Strategist at the New Brunswick Community College, St. Andrews campus. Her role is all about creating and enabling meaningful connections between the college, individuals, and communities. Erin is originally from Fredericton; after living in Edmonton, AB, for several years, she returned to the East Coast and now calls Charlotte County home. She enjoys being with her family and is happy to be in such a close-knit community to raise her son alongside her husband, Matthew Dowling.

Trudy Fitzgerald

Trudy Fitzgerald works at Kloosterboer Lineage as Office Administrator.  Prior to that she has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry and customer service. Trudy is originally from St. Andrews and enjoys the community spirit of a small town.  She also enjoys volunteering and has been involved in the Canada Day Parade for over 10 years. In her spare time Trudy teaches yoga and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Stephen Dodwell

Stephen has been in the hospitality business all of his life. Born in Jersey, Channel Islands he spent the majority of his career in the UK working predominately for Holiday Inns and Marriott working his way through all positions and departments culminating as general Manager in a number of International Hotels. He immigrated to Canada in 2001 and after being self employed for a number of years, joined Pomeroy Lodging running several hotels including being GM of the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge in Alberta and guiding this world renowned resort though a $70 million renovation and rebranding. Stephen comes to the Iconic Algonquin, with years of experience and commitment to help InnVest Hotels take this beautiful Resort to exciting new levels of service and facility. He is committed to making a new life in St. Andrews and returning the Algonquin back to the Globally Renowned Hotel that it should be, supporting the local community and bringing new levels of business into the local and Provincial economy. He is also a Past President of Chambers of Commerce both in the UK and Canada and is looking forward to being a part of the St. Andrews Chamber of Commerce.

Dominique Berlenger

Dominique Berlenger is the owner of Berlenger Enterprises Inc. and the owner of the Kennedy House since November 1, 2022. The Kennedy House is currently undergoing renovations after a long career in franchise, retail, and restaurants.

Dominique is an Internationalist who has lived in the United States of America, The Netherlands, Hungary, and Switzerland. Dominique moved from Belgium to St. Andrews in June 2022. He is married to Mieke, and father to Margot and Frédéric.

Ben Faulkner-Malik

Having moved from Vancouver, BC in 2021, Ben Faulkner-Malik and this wife Zainub own and operate The Montague Rose B&B in St. Andrews, offering lodging and British High Tea Experiences. The historic Montague Rose was built in 1859 and Ben and Zainub are in the process of refinishing all spaces while enhancing the original charm of the building while adding modern comforts.

Suren Yoga Nathan

Suren Yoga Nathan works at the Multicultural Association of Charlotte County as Manager of Community Engagement. Suren is focused on helping newcomers find a true level of acceptance and belonging within Charlotte County. Suren also provides newcomers with employment services and businesses with cultural/racial education programs. Prior to CCMA, Suren worked on IRCC and PCH funded projects across Canada, leading seminars on diversity, competing rights, and issues relating to identity and belonging.

Carmel Rioux

Camel Rioux is one of four new partners who have owned and operated Salty Towers Inn since March 2022. With over 25 years of customer service and project management experience with Bombardier Aerospace, she is now using her expertise to help transform the Inn and the customer experience.
Having only recently moved to Saint Andrews from Montreal with her husband Dave and 3-year old son, Carmel is looking forward to discovering all that Saint Andrews has to offer.

Sierra Reibling


Sierra Reibling works as the Executive Assistant at Kingsbrae Garden Horticulture Inc., an award-winning garden in St. Andrews. During a one-week vacation in 2011, she was completely captivated by the character and charm of St. Andrews, which quickly led her to become a resident in a couple short weeks. Sierra primarily works with the Directors and Management team overseeing the financial operations under the Kingsbrae family-owned businesses, not-for-profit, charity, and for-profit businesses. Sierra is also a Board member of the Canadian Garden Council.

Jamey Smith

A native of Fredericton NB, Jamey received his BSc from the University of New Brunswick in Saint John in 1985, and his PhD in 1990 from the University of Stirling, Scotland. On his return to Canada, Jamey applied his academic training to various real-world settings. Over the past 30 years these have included environmental impact assessments, monitoring programs, research and innovation, regulation and policy, and economic development related to sectors such as aquaculture, fisheries, pulp and paper, ports and harbours, energy, transportation, and mining. In his career Jamey has provided services to academia, industry, all levels of government, and NGOs throughout North America, Europe, and South America. He has served in leadership and senior management roles with industry, government, and the not-for profit sector.
